Hippnotikka

Hippnotikka is an original, alternative-rock band based in Maryland, which began recording music in 2023, with the initial debut of the full-length CD Boa Constrictor.  Song-writing partners, Kristjan Sigurdsson and Tony Correlli originally collaborated on a couple songs several years earlier for Charlie Surf Academy, and in 2023, decided to continue their song-writing partnership under the band name Hippnotikka, inspired by a quote from a friend who had described the music as hypnotic.   Produced by Tony Correlli and recorded at The Deep End recording studio in Essex, Maryland, the release of Boa Constrictor has been quite successful, with positive reviews and ongoing college/independent radio airplay throughout the United States.   

Hippnotikka began recording their second album, Train, in June 2023. It was released on February 28, 2024. They also released their third self-titled album, Hippnotikka III, on March 29, 2025, with plans to tour in support of the new release.
